  • Measures various chlorophyll system efficiency parameters.
  • Applications: Detection of physiological disturbances in plants.
  • Hyperspectral Imager
  • 1 HYSPEX imager available.
  • Captures numerous images across narrow spectral bands to infer physiological changes in plants.
  • Whole-Plant Imaging System with Rotating Platform
  • RGB imaging system.
  • The plant is placed on a calibrated rotating platform, enabling 3D reconstruction of imaged points.
  • Applications: Measurement of architectural parameters for large plants (e.g., roses).
  • Shape Imaging Equipment
  • Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras, 6-axis Staubli robotic arm with mountable RGB camera, light curtain, and rotating platform.
  • Applications: 3D reconstruction of plant structures.
  • Phenogrid Systems
  • Installed in greenhouse modules (61–92 m²) or growth rooms (10 m²).
  • Ceiling camera networks (RGB, IR, and/or ToF) capture canopy images.
  • Applications: Monitoring aerial development at the canopy level, vertical growth, and stress detection. Suitable for plants of all sizes. Enables high-throughput phenotyping.
  • Phenobean Systems
  • Robotic growth rooms located in S2.
  • Each system comprises two 3-axis robotic arms (with 2 cameras & irrigation, plus weight scale & QR code reader).
  • Cameras include RGB, chlorophyll fluorescence, and ToF.
  • One Phenobean is equipped with an integrated Phenogrid system and 4 additional degrees of freedom for the camera arm, enabling 3D imaging.
  • Suitable for small and medium-sized plants.
  • Maximum capacity per Phenobean: 1,600 small plants (Arabidopsis) and 500 medium plants (up to 40 cm, e.g., beans, tomatoes, seedling apple trees).
  • Applications: Screening plant responses to products (SDP/biostimulants), microbial strains, under optimal and sub-optimal conditions.
  • RGB imagers are positioned above the germination table.Applications: Characterization of seed imbibition, germination, and early seedling elongation.
