Green House

The facility provides access to 59 greenhouse modules, ranging in size from 25 m² to 380 m². Each module is equipped with standard infrastructure (benches) as well as specialized equipment (e.g., cooling systems, fogging units, etc.; see details below). Access is available in increments of half-benches (or equivalent, when the experiment is conducted directly on the floor).

Heated Greenhouses

All greenhouse modules are equipped with heating systems, either air-based or localized. Under standard conditions, the heating system maintains an average temperature of 18°C when the outside temperature is -7°C.

Illuminated Greenhouses

38 greenhouse modules are equipped with discharge lamp lighting systems (NaT and/or HQI). The average light intensity is 120 µmol/m²/s, provided by one 400W lamp per 10 m².

Greenhouses with Humidity Control

Two-thirds of the greenhouse modules are equipped with fogging systems, delivering an average flow rate of 1 L/h/m². Under optimal conditions, these systems can maintain relative humidity at 70% at 20°C. They also provide adiabatic cooling, allowing temperatures to be kept close to outdoor conditions (between 20°C and 25°C).

Greenhouses with Cooling Systems

28 modules are equipped with coolbox systems, which under optimal conditions can reduce internal temperatures by 8°C when outdoor temperatures exceed 30°C. Additionally, 2 modules are equipped with air conditioning systems, maintaining a stable temperature of 17°C from October to May.

Semi-Closed Production Greenhouses

The platform includes 2 semi-closed production modules, each 380 m² with twin-span structures, equipped with coolbox systems that, under optimal conditions, can reduce temperatures by 8°C when outside temperatures exceed 30°C. These modules also include ducted heating systems for additional temperature regulation.
